MYUT Three are reusable silicone sleep earplugs with three noise settings you change by hand. Rotate the cap to go from Light, which takes the edge off the room while leaving your alarm audible, to Comfort, which drops everything to a murmur, to Deep, which shuts the room out.
The design sits inside the ear rather than on top of it, so there's nothing for a pillow to press against when you roll onto your side. Soft, skin-friendly silicone shapes to your ear instead of pushing back on it, which is why they're still comfortable at 3am.
Rinse with clean water, dry, and use them again.

Will I still hear my alarm?
On Light, yes. That setting takes the edge off the room while leaving the sounds you need, like an alarm, a doorbell, or a child down the hall. On Deep, no, and that's the point of having three settings rather than one. Most people run Deep on the nights they can sleep in and Light on the nights they can't.
How do I find my fit?
Medium is already fitted, so start there. If it feels loose or you can still hear too much, go up. If its not comfortable within an hour, go down. Each product comes with multiple tip sizes (S, M and L + Dual Layer Tip) so you can find your perfect fit.
Can I wear MYUT consistently every night?
The skin-friendly silicone earplugs are widely used for nightly sleep. Keep them clean, rinse them with water and let them dry between uses, and don't push them further than they go comfortably. If you have a history of ear infections, perforated eardrums or grommets, ensure hygiene is in check.
Can I use them to sleep on my side?
They're designed to. The cap sits inside the ear rather than protruding, so a pillow has nothing to press against. Even if your head is on the pillow all night.
Do I need to charge them or use an app?
No. There's no battery, no Bluetooth and nothing to pair. You rotate the mechanical cap by hand to change the setting.
How long will they last?
Looked after, a long time. Rinse them with clean water after use, let them dry, and keep them in the case rather than loose in a bag or a bedside drawer. There's no expiry date on them, so how long they last comes down to how they're stored and cleaned.
